You apply in our website, selecting the local chapter which is the closest to your university, after checking us in this platform or interacting with us in our physical events.
You can start your AIESEC team experience either in February or September. We start recruiting new members in December/January and July/August. Besides, you can understand the flow, how you need to prepare and how we will be communicating with you to provide you the best possible experience!

If you made it to the interviews, it means you’ve done amazing in the assessment center and we want to get to know you better so we can understand what you want to learn, how you seek to develop yourself and we can see if you would be a fit to our amazing community!
You will be invited for an assessment center with many other candidates. This is your chance to get to know new people, show your uniqueness and your desire to join our team!
Time to Kickstart your AIESEC career and jump into the induction camp which helps you to better understand the organization, the knowledge you need and get to know the people you are going to work with.
You’ll start your experience either in February or September. Your first touchpoint will be to attend one of our local camps, where you’ll get to know all the members, receiving amazing trainings and understand better what you’ll be doing in your role!
