What kind of exchanges do we have in AIESEC?
In the past weeks, if you are following our blog, you could see what it means to be a member of AIESEC in Hungary. But our organization offers endless opportunities next to being a member. In today’s blog post, I will tell you about our different programs you can experience.
Let’s start with the exchange programs of AIESEC. Depending on your interest, you can be part of the Global Talent or Global Teacher program, which both give you endless possibilities to develop personally and professionally as well.
Global Talent is an internship opportunity in an international environment where you cannot just get relevant work experience but expand your network and understand how a multinational company works abroad. This professional internship experience has different durations which vary from opportunity to opportunity: short-term (6-12 weeks) , mid-term (3-12 months) and long-term (1-1,5 year). Participating on a Global Talent exchange enables you to gain experience in new cross-cultural settings in various different fields, like business administration, marketing, IT, engineering and so on. What is really important to know about being an intern abroad with AIESEC is that the salary or the accommodation is always provided.
Moreover, we have our Global Teacher program, which is an international teaching opportunity in different educational institutions abroad, where you can develop new skills and boost your career while gaining teaching experience. The length of the Global Teacher opportunities vary between 9-78 weeks and the salary is provided for the participants. Our teaching opportunities are very diverse – whether looking to teach for the first time or you’re already an experienced teacher, you will find an opportunity looking for someone like you!
