Agenda and process of selection

A four-week event series aimed at students who seek to develop their skills, expand their network and try themselves out in a professional setting. A simulated work experience through taking part in a case study, working together in a team, and listening to the sessions and workshops!

After opening to you the benefits that you can get from our program, let’s take a journey on the agenda and the selection process. We define 5 different stations of the process that you go through this program. The first one is nothing else, but the Sign Up process. It means that you register through our website for free for this program which is the beginning of the whole story. 

After that, the second step is the CV Screening one, when we will check your CV whether you should make any corrections or not, and then you can move on to the next step. 

Hereby, the third step is the Scheduling part. After your successful registration, you will be contacted by one of our members to schedule a date for an interview. 

Therefore, we arrived at the fourth and the most exciting step which is an Interview.  Of course, this is a crucial part of the process where you will have a phone interview with one of our AIESEC representatives on the priorly discussed date.  Here, you will be asked questions that will last approximately 10 or 15 minutes. 

If you are lucky enough, you reach this station which is the Acceptance part that speaks for itself. When you are accepted, you will be getting an email with further instructions and information regarding your application and the payment. And the last step is the Payment where the applicant will receive additional information about paying the delegate fee by email.

And obviously, there is a huge step after this, which will be the program itself that you are basically paying for, which will start in November.
